1. How long will it take to receive my order?

The average delivery time for our packages is 5-10 working days. We are a company that cares about the environment and wants to do our part to make the world a better place. When we have reached our minimum order quantity, we ship all orders at once. We hope you understand and want to help us make a difference.

2. Where can I find my track & trace code?

You can track your package with the 6- or 7-digit order number (#xxxxx) and your e-mail address.

You can check the status by e-mail with our customer service. Please include your order number and send the e-mail from the same e-mail address you used when placing the order.

3. The estimated delivery time has been exceeded. Where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. Unfortunately, delays can occur during the shipping process.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee any changes after your order has been processed.

 

5. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund or exchange.
